General Arts at Murdoch University


A Bachelor of Arts (BA) in General Arts course is available on Murdoch University's Rockingham campus.

This is a three-year course that has been specifically designed to offer maximum flexibility to students who are entering higher education and wish to experience several disciplines. It aims to provide students with a general education through an introduction to intellectual study in Humanities and Social Sciences subjects.

From 2002 new students in General Arts must complete three minors chosen from the following list:

Asian Studies
Community Development
Corporate Communications
Literature
Media Studies
Modern Social History
Social Psychology
Sociology
Tourism
